Short, because this site collects very little. The product's data handling is described separately and in more detail on the Trust page.

Nothing, unless you submit the design-partner application. This site sets no cookies, embeds no third-party scripts, and uses no advertising or marketing trackers. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything.

We store the fields you submit — name, work email, company, and what you wrote in the free-text field — along with the time of submission. We use them to reply to you and to decide whether partnering makes sense. We do not sell them, share them with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.

Applications are held in a Google Sheet in a workspace we control. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, and confirm when it is done.

If page analytics are enabled on this site, they are cookieless and aggregate: page URL, referrer, country, and a coarse device category. No cross-site identifier, no profile, and nothing that identifies you individually.

The data Open Threads reads from your connected systems is a different matter entirely, and it is covered on the design-partner conversation: scope, retention, residency, training, and export. If your team needs a data processing agreement before partnering, ask and we will send one.

Questions, corrections, or deletion requests: use thepartner application or reply to any email we have sent you.

This page describes current practice at an early stage and will be replaced with a full policy before general availability. It is not legal advice and it is not a contract.
