Legal
Terms
Open Threads is pre-release software shared with a small number of design partners. These terms say what that means in practice.
This site
Everything on this site is provided for information. The product surfaces shown here run on illustrative data and depict fictional people, projects and companies; they are marked as such wherever they appear. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a feature, a date, or a result.
The programme
Design-partner access is offered at our discretion, free of charge, and may be withdrawn or changed. The software is pre-release: it will contain defects, it will misattribute responsibilities, and it is not offered with a service level, an uptime commitment, or a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
Do not rely on it as the only record of an obligation that matters. Today it is a second opinion, not a system of record.
Your data
You keep ownership of everything Open Threads reads from your systems. We would process it to provide the product to you and for no other purpose, and we do not use customer content to train foundation models. No connector reads a real system today. See the partner conversation for the detail, andPrivacy for what this website itself collects.
Confidentiality
Pre-release builds, unreleased features and anything on the unlisted pages of this site are shared in confidence. Please do not republish them. Equally, anything you tell us about your organisation stays with us.
Changes
These terms will be replaced by a full agreement before general availability. If a change materially affects an active design partner, we will say so directly rather than quietly amend this page.
This is a plain-language summary appropriate to this stage, not a negotiated commercial agreement. If your organisation requires one before participating, ask and we will work through it with you.
